Roberto Salpiani is an experienced volleyball coach and technical director with a strong background across top clubs in northern Italy. From leading youth teams to guiding senior squads in Serie C and D, he has consistently developed competitive programs and achieved multiple promotions and podium finishes. His expertise in training U14–U18 athletes, combined with years of leadership at clubs such as Pallavolo Lizzana, Antares, Villafranca, and Riviera Volley, makes him a valuable asset to any high-performance volleyball environment.
